Since 2016 the Ministry of Finance obliged Polish taxpayers to send the VAT register as an electronic Standard Audit File called JPK-VAT.

In addition, the taxpayers might be required to submit in XML format on Tax Office request :
⚫ the Sales Invoices file (pol. JPK-FA)
⚫ the General Ledger transactions file (pol. JPK-KR)
⚫ the Bank Statements file (pol. JPK-WB)
⚫ the Stock Transactions file (pol. JPK-MAG)
