His first job 1987 was the Industrial Institute of Automation. Autumn 1989 he turned to the business. In his career he served as a Management Board Member responsible for the information strategy (ORFE, Better Business Solutions). During this activity he had an opportunity to manage complex projects, combining changes in the business model with the IT solutions implementation. In 1997 he founded his own company. For more than 20 years he has been implementing ERP and CRM systems, working as a consultant and project manager. He designed and deployed many solutions which enhance the ERP systems functionality used in Poland and other countries such as: Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, United Kingdom as well as in Russia and Turkey. He worked for the companies like: Ericsson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Intrac, Schering, Szczecin Shipyard, Scania, SpectrumBrands, Xylem, PCI Membranes.
Managing Partner responsible for accounting, consulting and project management. Graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Chemistry faculty. Her professional experience began with scientific work at the Polish Sciences Academy (PAN) and later in foreign trade. In 2001 she graduated the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), Accounting Faculty and obtained the Ministry of Finance license for the chartered accounting services. She started working as an accountant in Contract Administration specialized in international law and accounting. Few years later she has founded her own accounting office. She was responsible for full accounting of the distribution, trade and manufacturing companies in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. She was reporting in local and US GAAP standards for the international corporations, cooperating with partners such as: In Wear, SpectrumBrands, NCAB, PCI Membranes. She managed a team of accountants. She provided the outsourced accounting and payroll for companies that found themselves in a difficult position after the accountant leaved. She cooperated with the companies like: Intrac, Schering, Szczecin Shipyard, SpectrumBrands, Xylem, PCI Membranes.
